Privacy Policy
Last updated: [date]
Amplified 10X ("A10X", "we") is a Chrome extension and service operated by [company legal name], [address]. It helps you send personal Facebook Messenger messages to people you choose, from your own browser. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: [support email].
What we collect
- Your account: your email address, your name if you add it, and a hashed password. Your subscription status comes from our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Your Facebook account link: the Facebook user ID and name of the account you connect, so the extension sends from the right account.
- Your contacts: the Facebook friends you import and the people you add with the A10X button: their name, Facebook ID, profile photo link and the stage you give them. This is website content you choose to save.
- Your messages: the message templates you write, your voice recordings, the optional Special Intro, and the scheduled messages built from them. These are personal communications you create and send.
- Sending records: whether each message was sent, and if it failed, the reason. For a failed message we also keep a screenshot of the Messenger page and the last 5 lines of that chat, so you can see what went wrong.
- Team sharing: if you share messages with a code or join someone's code, which team you are in and how many messages each member sent. Your upline sees counts only, never your contacts or conversations.
How the extension uses Facebook
The extension works only on facebook.com and messenger.com, and only for actions you start: importing your friends, adding a person with the A10X button, and sending the messages you scheduled. Messages are typed and sent by your own Chrome, in your own Facebook session. We never ask for your Facebook password, and our servers never log in to Facebook.
How long we keep it
- Voice intros are deleted 30 days after they were sent.
- Failure screenshots and chat lines are deleted after 30 days.
- Your account data stays while your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your contacts, messages, recordings and history.
- When a subscription ends, your account is paused and your data is kept, so it is all there if you return. Ask us any time to delete it instead.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or let anyone else use it for their own purposes. We use these service providers only to run A10X: Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage and email, in the United States), Stripe (billing) and Sentry (error reports, which never include message text or contact names). We may disclose data if the law requires it.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use
The use of information received from Google APIs and the Chrome extension will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use the data above only to provide the extension's single purpose: sending and tracking your own personal Messenger outreach.
Security
Data travels over HTTPS and is stored encrypted on AWS. Passwords are hashed with argon2id. Each account can see only its own data. Our logs never contain message text, names or tokens.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your contacts and messages in the extension at any time. To get a copy of your data or delete your account, email [support email]. [Add any region-specific rights the client must offer, e.g. GDPR or CCPA, after legal review.]
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the extension or by email.
